It’s wonderful to know you had a great experience working at Fort Wayne Metals. We make every effort to build that connection between the work we do (manufacturing precision wire for the medical industry) and its resulting impact in the local community and world at large (saving lives). You felt and lived out that mission by the work you did here, and for that, we’re grateful. Fort Wayne Metals is a place where people are given the tools to keep up with the growing changes that come with our demanding industry, whether that’s supplies, technology, ongoing education or a variety of benefits. We know when our employees have what they need to be successful, the entire organization is successful. A sure sign of any organization’s success is the ability to add new employees. It’s nothing new at Fort Wayne Metals: We’ve grown from nearly 450 employees 10 years ago to more than 1,100 today. Such rapid growth does come with its challenges, but our family-owned organization continues to embrace our core values like “our people are the source of our strength” as well as a strong commitment to preserving a culture which has made us an Employer of Choice.
