Do not do it. They are horrible to people. Intimidation and bullying is their game.
Pros
A handful of colleagues are helpful, kind, actually know how to do work, and will share knowledge.
Cons
They let you go even when your performance is good without notice. None of the CCs (care coordinators) know what they are doing or are too lazy to do work. The culture is non-existent due to management causing this effect. Communication is moot and, again, management wants it that way. They will use intimidation and bullying if you try to speak up regarding something wrong or defend yourself. You never get raises for the work you put into the job, which is not worth it alone. They do not care about their employees and they will tell you what to do, which is illegal as independent contractors because we are not employees of the company. Do not fall for that crap! You are allowed to say no. You have that right. I have no outlook for the future of this company as management is causing turmoil with its contractors. They will either be fired for knowing too much, or they will hire people who know too little and the training is severely lacking. I do not recommend working for this company as a Care Coordinator. Run, just run and look elsewhere. Oh, no benefits and taxes are not taken out.
