      Pros

      They pay you SOME money. The medical staff is really good and the mission is worthy.

      Cons

      The management cares nothing about its employees wellbeing. Overworked, underpaid, sketchy regulatory areas. The CEO is a narcissist like you've never seen before. You will be miserable almost every day you work there. Don't suck up to the CEO? Good luck having anyone treat you well. The benefits are terrible. Sure, you get coverage at the clinic, but anything not covered there is super expensive.

      Good salary and benefits but that was it.

      Cons

      Difficult to maintain work-life balance. Expected to respond to e-mails and messages during weekday evenings and weekends, and personal boundaries were rarely respected. Manager was constantly anxious and micromanaged my work. Lack of diversity, especially in leadership. The CEO had no EQ and insulted my work in front of my colleagues during my second week at the company. I was relieved when my time at the company ended and would not consider returning or recommend to a friend.

      -the team. Everyone that works here truly cares about the mission and making a difference in the world -collaboration across every team -every voice is heard, no matter level -transparent -everyone moves quickly unlike healthcare

      Cons

      -could use more senior management to help teach and grow the Jr. people
