      - great engineering systems and innovation - IC's are fun to work with

      Cons

      - CEO has a very large ego and talks mostly about himself - The above culture at the top feeds down the chain - Less pay in total compensation - If you're not part of the Forward cult, then you're out

      Challenging problems with smart, mission driven people

      Pros

      - Forward is a mission driven company with an ambitious vision and a strategy I believe in. I think we have a good chance to improve hundreds of millions if not a billion lives. - The people are motivated and brilliant. I’ve never worked with so many A+ players and am constantly learning from my teammates. - There’s no shortage of large, complex problems so I’m continuously challenged. And I love that people act like owners: there’s no problem too small or too large. We’re all in it together.

      Cons

      - There’s a lot to be done so people are more heads down than social but that’s to be expected in a startup that’s feeling the scaling pains of significant growth.

      Toxic Positivity

      -Doctors are great to work with and are friendly -Clean office

      Cons

      -Company has toxic positivity culture, in which if you are struggling they expect you not to complain and brush it off with a smile -Pay is really low compared to literally any other medical assisting job -Expect 50 hours work per week, they pay overtime but with a minimum wage pay it is hard to achieve a good work-life balance and not feel overworked
