      Pros

      - Somewhat flexible schedule - Opportunity to work from home

      Cons

      - Literally the worst management I've come across to date. - No benefits - No pay raises (ever) - No breaks - Bro culture fueled by a toxic CEO - Ridiculous hours. You're given far too many or almost none at all. Whoever does the scheduling is incompetent at best. - They will add to your workload but refuse to compensate you for it. - Hugely unethical company. - Illegal classification as a "contract" employee

      Pros

      The team is very smart and driven. You get to interact with some of the top execs from silicon valley. It's a great resume builder.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent. You are expected to work 7 days a week and the pay is just average. The emotional atmosphere is terrible - the CEO will insult people up to the point they are crying and make people feel they are never good enough. The CEO once shared about some very hard emotional stuff he has gone through but that doesn't mean he should do the same to others. Also Forward doesn't deliver anything that kaiser permanente doesn't deliver, but charges more for the same package (if you want insurance against cancer, accidents, and other serious stuff). It's a typical vaporware hoping to change the world once they get enough data.

      Fully remote. Vaguely flexible schedule.

      Cons

      -Poor pay -No benefits -Unrealistic expectations -Administrative staff has no familiarity with what they ask offsite employees to do, and don't update staff on changes. -No opportunity for advancement.
