      - No management - No pay increase no matter how long you’re working there -Organization is bad, they’re trying too grow too fast but bad at retaining members -no benefits - fast food places probably pay the same - avoid working here unless you’re a student and need a decent side job

      * CEO who cares about the mission & his employees; makes sure he's accessible to people at all levels & is incredibly smart & experienced * Some of the most brilliant & kind coworkers you could have. Working on tough projects together makes it feel more like a tight-knit family than colleagues * We're a small company tackling huge problems, which means you get a ton of responsibility and leverage to sink your teeth in and really make a difference

      * You have to be ready to put the pedal to the metal and truly believe in the company and mission; those who don't are much more prone to burnout & often struggle to keep up with the demands of the job
