      Low pay compared to industry They can fire you anytime on the spot with or without a reason You will be overworked until you break Another one of those tech bro startups with a goal to save humanity but treats its people with zero humanity Cult-like

      -they pay $17 an hour

      Cons

      -they fire you without notice -no shifts are available so you request 40 hours a week and end up with 6 -you have to refresh when to work app 100 times a day to pick up empty shifts because they don’t notify you - empty shifts are rarely available - when you’re working doctors message you and are very rude - you never talk to a real human it is literally impossible to get ahold of one - training is done virtually and also without a human contact - this company does not care about you at all

      -did not like the leadership- super off color "jokes," regular publicized criticism on Slack and weird feedback from the CEO -very low, off-market benefits and pay
