      Underpaid and under appreciated

      Pros

      Great experience, the physicians are fantastic and team onsite was great.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking, from site leads to exec team. As an onsite employee, you are underpaid and receive little appreciation. Long hours and the responsibilities continually grow, which would be ok if you received fair compensation. Some decisions made are questionable, lack of diversity and inclusion.

      Pros

      *Strong leadership -- culture of transparency, investment in personal development *Mission focused organization -- Rare opportunity to build a fully integrated health system from first principles. *Awesome work culture -- very smart, capable colleagues who I enjoy working with *Personal Growth -- opportunities to develop/learn additional skills and own projects *Fast paced innovation -- physicians are involved from the very beginning. This is a breath of fresh air from the slow pace of traditional and academic medicine.

      Cons

      *We are not immune to primary care physician shortage -- challenging to hire fast enough to keep up with growth *EMR not fully optimized yet --- homegrown EMR built to specification of physicians’ clinical needs, though does not have all bells of whistles more mature EMRs

      Pros

      - Smart people ... who know they're smart - Leadership is xGoogle so they know how to move fast and break things ... even if it's you - An altruistic mission ... which is as laughable as it is unachievable - Company is agile enough to know when to pivot ... and they love a good pivot

      Cons

      - Zero real career-nurturing "leadership," just a bunch of "what have you done for me lately?" - Don't expect to have a healthy relationship with your job. - If you don't drink the Kool-aid, do you even work there? - Product is crap! - Working at Forward (corp) is like being left on a desert island with a flashlight and a fork and being expected to build an airplane in 18 months - I should've picked up on the red flags when the CEO actually tried to argue with me in my interview that consumers *want* AI doctors, not, ya know, people doctors.
