Working as a Product Manager at Forward is at the same time one of the most challenging and most rewarding experience I have had in my career. For the first time, I get a chance to work on projects that are not only intellectually very stimulating and challenging, they are also emotionally very rewarding. The people here are fantastic, they truly care about the mission and about you as a person. I have been very impressed by the entire team. The goal is very clear, and everyone is aligned, create a world where the world's best doctor is available to billions of people for free. The metrics are very crisp: growth, retention, economics, and clinical outcomes, and everything is aligned to make it happen. Every metric has an owner, and every metric has a priority. As a PM it makes life super easy. (Which is very good, since the problem is very hard). Oh, and everyone is really smart :)
