Pros

You'll meet some of the greatest people and friends - their hiring process makes sure that you'll be a great culture fit

Cons

Obviously its a start up so pay isn't amazing. Depending on your role, hours can be insane and you can feel like you're not compensated fairly. Benefits not great....

Pros

1) I get to work on a mission that could be my life’s work. Even if we accomplish 1-10% of what we’re going after I can tell my grandkids that I built something with lasting impact. 2) I get to work on a truly innovative business with a strategy I believe in. 3) I get to work with A+ players. Everyone is extremely smart, driven, and motivated. And they are thoughtful and fun. I’ve been in a handful of organizations and the people here are the best I’ve ever associated myself with. 4) I’m constantly challenged.

Cons

1) We all have heavy workloads because we take our time hiring the right people. You need to care about the building something bigger than yourself and you need to want to be challenged. 2) It’s a startup. Things change all the time and the path both for the business and your professional growth is often clouded. If you’re not a self-starter who can handle ambiguity, this isn’t a place where you’ll succeed.
