      Pros

      I am proud to work here. I wake up in the morning and get my butt to the office to make a difference for my teammates and for the mission. It is challenging and interesting on all levels (technical, people, clinical). We have come *so* far in my time here.

      Cons

      Succeeding here takes a very very high level of consistency in ambition, energy, optimism, and not taking things personally. Anti-selling working here would be easy and it's not for the faint of heart. We have *so far* left to go in pursuit of our mission.

      Work with mission-oriented, user-focused, empathetic, and kind people towards a common goal of rebuilding healthcare from the ground up. We solve problems from first-principles which enables us to innovate across the stack from product to engineering to operations. We all operate with high ownership and autonomy here and it's something that is unique to Forward

      Cons

      We work on difficult and ambiguous problems all the time. It may feel hard in the moment but it's the most rewarding and meaningful work that you've done in your career
