      Pros

      This is one of the best places in tech if you are seeking meaningful work that makes a difference. Bold mission to build a parallel healthcare universe, which the entire team believes in and rallies around. Huge variety of technical challenges that have never been done before. Top tier talent that puts purpose above everything else. If you come from a similar mindset, you'll be in the company of like-minded people, learn a lot and grow quickly.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. Look elsewhere if you are not up for the intensity that comes with working on a world changing mission.

      Pros

      Forward is on a mission to fix one of the most broken industries in the world. All of health care is financially incentivized for me to be sick and Forward is working to get true customer centric health to all the people of the world. Forward has the most passionate, smartest, kindest group of people that I have ever seen assembled in my career. With world class problems to solve at every turn you can't help yourself but to be intellectually and emotionally engaged in the work. Recommend 10 times over.

      Cons

      Doing something meaningful for the world is hard work and you need to be very invested for it to make sense to work here. I don't see this as a con but if you are looking for a place to just dial it in, look elsewhere.
