      Strong mission. Improve healthcare with good incentives. We've positively influenced the lives of many of our customers. Good leverage. I believe our mission is achievable. We have the resources to achieve it. Funding, shared goals, talented people from many walks of life. Incredible professional diversity and opportunities to collaborate. Seeing engineers and doctors solve problems together is very motivating.

      Regulated industries are difficult to change. The ambiguity of problems can take a toll.

      Pros

      You WILL be the dumbest person in the room, in the best way. Everyone here is thoughtful, smart, and someone that you will learn from. The mission is obviously ambitious and inspiring, but the people you get to solve the problem of healthcare with is awesome.

      Cons

      There's so much work to do, it's hard to "get close" with everyone. But everyone is friendly and happy to lend time, so just gotta take initiative!
