Pros

- culture of direct, open and honest conversation - incredibly fun debates about solving important problems - literally no ego starting with CEO - everyone focused on working as a team to change healthcare - some of the smartest, most committed people I have ever worked with

Cons

- everyone works incredibly hard, takes effort to achieve work-life balance (but it is possible) - HQ office running out of room

Pros

I've worked in many other types of healthcare settings, but never in an environment that truly values the feedback, opinions, and wellbeing of its staff. Forward makes a point to allow room for feedback to grow. Doctors work alongside medical assistants and engineers so that the product and quality of care that is given is always as premium as possible. The company's employees set the tone for such a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere to work in so that the culture of the company makes everyone feel like they're a part of the Forward family. Everyone here supports the mission of the company and tries each day to carry it through.

Cons

The only con I would put would be that the hours are long. However, most of the time I'm staying longer because I love the work I'm doing and hate people I'm doing it with.
