Pros

-ambitious, goal-oriented team. -smart engineers -great location in SF -wonderful vision and 'mission'

Cons

-unethical, sketchy management -toxic culture that runs people into the ground -although company mission is admirable on paper, real intentions seem fake - big time BRO culture especially among founders/CEO -intimidation tactics used to keep people from speaking their mind

Pros

Wish there was a silver lining, maybe escaping for a coffee at Starbucks once in a while

I genuinely felt at times like I was on a prank show or being tricked into a social experiment, as this entire operation was a complete joke. I still can't believe how awful of a gig this role was. All the past reviews that warn about how terrible this role is, hit the nail on the head. They make it seem like you're working for this revolutionary start-up, but in reality, you're harassing mall guests to come into your store as they pass by, legit begging them for a tour. What ?!?!? I had the gelato lady across the hall asking me why in the world this company would make us do that!?!?! If that is the business model you "professionals" have deemed the way to change healthcare... then please do some big-time reflecting on this entire operation. Management could care less about you, clinical staff does not want you there, leadership views you as a pawn, this entire thing was a failure, and felt that way with every single MSA lol. Do better ? * zero work-life balance 10-8 lol * have to work weekends * zero inbounds * pressured to make impossible sales *a joke

Pros

Employees are nice and smart

Cons

It's draining and near impossible to promote something that doesn't solve any health problems while pretending we are. It's essentially an expensive diagnostics system that appears fancy on the outside, but doesn't tell you anything that a doctor hasn't been able to for the past 30 years. I think "solving the problem of healthcare" might be the biggest reach I've heard in a while.
