Pros

I get to work with a remarkably talented and supportive team on fascinating projects and challenges every day. We're breaking new ground in healthcare, and redefining it with the products and experiences we build, and it's so much fun to be a part of. Engineering has good leadership and an exciting roadmap. Would recommend to anyone who wants to work on something impactful and at the forefront of technology, healthcare, and product/service design.

Cons

There is so much to do all the time and we all have a lot on our plates, which is exciting, but also overwhelming sometimes.

Pros

Quick pace, coworkers are eager and excited to help explain concepts, very mission driven, strong social culture, exciting time to be a part of the health-tech industry, able to help shape company culture very quickly

Cons

Documentation for new hires is mostly through word-of-mouth. Development happens so fast there isn't a strong culture around keeping up tests

*Allows me to practice medicine the way I think should be practiced -- gives me the time, capacity, and innovative tools to build patient rapport and deliver optimal primary care *Unlike traditional primary care I don't spend a large proportion of my time on admin tasks that can quickly lead to burnout *Fantastic workplace culture with smart, curious, like-minded colleagues and supportive leadership *I feel that my voice and feedback to the company is highly valued

Cons

*Keeping up with its constantly evolving unique EMR, technology, and patient-facing products require openness to change and flexibility *Busy workdays as the company grows *Learning curve for efficiency esp if transitioning from a totally different health care system (this is to be expected)
