      - Extremely smart colleagues who are mission driven and team first - An Interdisciplinary approach that combines the best of evidence based medicine, tech, design and operations - A Transparent and egoless environment that facilitates solving complex problems

      - culture of direct, open and honest conversation - incredibly fun debates about solving important problems - literally no ego starting with CEO - everyone focused on working as a team to change healthcare - some of the smartest, most committed people I have ever worked with

      - everyone works incredibly hard, takes effort to achieve work-life balance (but it is possible) - HQ office running out of room
