      Pros

      You WILL be the dumbest person in the room, in the best way. Everyone here is thoughtful, smart, and someone that you will learn from. The mission is obviously ambitious and inspiring, but the people you get to solve the problem of healthcare with is awesome.

      Cons

      There's so much work to do, it's hard to "get close" with everyone. But everyone is friendly and happy to lend time, so just gotta take initiative!

      Employees are nice and smart

      Cons

      It's draining and near impossible to promote something that doesn't solve any health problems while pretending we are. It's essentially an expensive diagnostics system that appears fancy on the outside, but doesn't tell you anything that a doctor hasn't been able to for the past 30 years. I think "solving the problem of healthcare" might be the biggest reach I've heard in a while.

      Great clinical experience, lots of freedom to learn and do your own thing. Free membership, amazing work colleagues, lots of learning opportunities from CEO himself.

      Cons

      Hours are not flexible. Early start and late finish.
