Pros

Fairly simple work. If anyone has a good work ethic and can handle lifting heavy objects can get a job at FBM.

Cons

Manual labor. Cant imagine it being good on the joints or back over long periods of time. Work slows down in the winter months.

Laid back until slow season comes then very stressful

Cons

Winter pay checks blow. Not steady all year but at least you get your 35-40 hours in. Fire you with no warnings regardless of how long you been with the company

Well where should I start... ok let's just say they are flexible you can miss days if you have to and they don't trip

They lie to get people to work for them they have you doing hard work and your check will be not even close to what you think the pay is not what they tell you in the interview and then they come up with lies about what and how they come up with the pay A FAMILY BUSINESS AND GOT ALOT OF FUNNY BUSINESS GOING ON
