      Pros

      At the time that I worked for FBM, we were growing rapidly. We had an amazing team who were able to do great work at a fast pace.

      Cons

      The fast pace created "growing pains" that would have been avoided had we grown more steadily and/or had permission to be more transparent to at least one level down in the organization. Lack of planning often became someone's emergency; which in all fairness is often the case with many companies.

      Friendly co workers. Nothing nice to say about the company itself or how it is ran. Zero pros to share

      Cons

      Overworked unappreciated not so much as a thank you for all the hours and time spent in the office. Understaffed across all departments.
