Not very flexible Big workload with little recognizition The building Youll get reprimanded asap no matter how small mistake you make but wont ever hear any recogniztion for your work, theyll just put more and more in your plate as soon as they see you doing well, this lead to little interest to actually going beyond expectations. They have no issue overworking some agents and letting others easy based on friendship system
