Pros

Fox has a great environment and culture for its employees. Not to mention chef driven menus and well designed restaurants. Pay is excellent too!

Cons

Days are minimum of 11 hours for salaried employees. I've never left at 11 hours.

Good Facade, still make a lot of young company mistakes

Pros

You can negotiate a much higher pay than the same position with other companies do to how desperate they are for managers.They still believe in truly focusing on the guest 1st.

Cons

Too many concepts! HR is all over the place. Stores aren't all on the same page. Training stores are more of a heres a book read it, take some tests, and we expect you to be amazing but we teach you nothing about how to do it. They say "55 hour work week" but if you're there less than 60-65 they are all over you. Benefits are horrible and expensive. 401k isn't until after a year!

We are bummed to hear that things are going like they should, that you are working a ton and that stores aren't on the same page. Sounds like we need to look at lots of things including our benefits. If you care to call us up at our home office we would love to hear more so we can address your comments head on.
