Cons

Low pay for very high workload (10+ hours/day is expected), understaffed, high employee turnover, lack of empathy or compassion from management, they will work you well beyond your limits then ask why it wasn't completed sooner, no positive reinforcement, toxic work environment

It was a laid back environment and everyone was friendly.

Cons

Did not feel like they cared about their employees, servers are disposable. Friendliness did not feel genuine at times.
