Cons

Micromanaged, no creative, do exactly what the list says, and have several different directions from upper management.

It's a great company with awesome opportunities and growth potential but they work their people to breaking point.

Great opportunities for growth including the ability to move to different locations / restaurants

Cons

You will get worked very hard. They have a policy that the answer to every guest request is always "yes". The regulars figure this out and ask for the most ridiculous things. Meanwhile other (less high maintenance) guests suffer while you're running around like an idiot trying to please 1 or 2 people. You can't please everyone all the time.

Taking the time to say thank you and showing more gratitude is an important message. Thank you for bringing that forward and for working with us. We do work hard. I am sorry to hear that people cry on shift due to the workload. If you reach out to us at the home office we would love to hear more.

Pros

Good food and free shift meal. 50% match on 401K up to 6%. Medical, dental, and vision insurance available.

Cons

11 hour shifts, don't be surprised to have 12-13 hours if at a busy concept. Schedule writing you will have to do at home. People are not held accountable because they are desperate for managers. Bonus program available for AGM and GM only.
