Better Serving Jobs Out There...

Constantly busy, good food, great server teammates, relatively consistent money

Cons

You do way too much work as a server, staff hours are shaved every day to make payroll numbers, servers wash glasses, sort silverware, run all food, help seat tables, side-work covers the entire restaurant from back-dock to the bathrooms, and you have to tip out excessively. 2% of all sales to both "backservers" (who are cut asap to save payroll hours), as well as 2% to bar regardless of bar sales. You can be a server anywhere in any semi-large city and make more money and do far less work.

There are a lot of pro's to working with Fox. There is plenty of creativity and changes to keep everyone excited and engaged. Most of the Leadership at the Corporate level are high quality people and great mentors.

Cons

I can't speak for all locations but mine enforced the 11 hour shift. Which meant you were there for 12 hours the majority of days. That's fine if the restaurant needs you but when it's micro-managed it feels like there's no trust in management. And it was micro-managed.
