      A great company to work for. It is definitely expanding and is definitely living to its standards and culture beliefs

      Cons

      Lack of consistency and teamwork with management overall. Lots of politics and favoritism with select people within the company. Therefore, career advancement is there depending on who a person has to suck up to instead of hard work and dedication.

      Pros

      They really take care of their employees. There are so many career opportunities that they will set you up for and make sure you get to where you want to be. The culture of this company is something that you feel through every employee. Training programs are amazing - set you up for success. Incentives and compensation are fantastic.

      Honestly, there are no cons that I can personally think of.
