Pros

The current rate of growth is exponential! If you truly care about the guest, this is a great company to get on board with. The Upper Management team is absolutely out of this world.

Cons

Rate of growth is a double edged sword here. With all of the new store openings a lot of managers are constantly moving around. (which isn't really a con at all.

Good pay for a cook

Good pay and flexible with scheduling. They really encourage a strong sense of teamwork and want you to succeed.

Cons

You don't get as much culinary mentorship from the chefs. No benefits until at least a year of working there I believe.

Amazing training. I was set up for success in my new role. The staff not only for n my own restaurant but in the corporate office endured my success.

Cons

8 week training program. There is a lot that you will be required to learn and do.
