      Have been with this company for over two years now and have really enjoyed it. So much thought and heart is put into every aspect of each restaurant.

      Atmosphere, employees, and the food. Overall a great place to work.

      Pros

      Every True food I have worked at/visited has a nice, bright, and airy feel which makes for a good work environemt. Because True Food is expanding so rapidly there is a lot of opportunity to move up within the restaurants if thats your thing.

      Cons

      Some managers are not always supportive and respectful of their staff. There is a lot of shuffling of managers between stores which can be a bummer once you get a good one. The good ones are usually shipped off to open a new store, which is understandable.
