      Do Not Barback!

      Pros

      You build long lasting friendships with coworkers. You get free juice working behind the bar. Good bar experience.

      Cons

      Long shifts 8-9 hours. Lots and lots of heavy lifting. Exhausted muscles. Constant stress. Constant pressure from the bartenders and managers. During some shifts they do not allow you to take a break. The management team is the worst part of working here. The mangers chose favorites and hire girls that they want to sleep with. Management does not praise hard work, even if you do the best job possible. Do not bother trying to get promoted unless you like being the teachers pet.

      Great people, exciting brands, exceptional food, inspiring leaders, high standards, loyal teams, great growth potential, high value placed on intelligence

      Cons

      Fox Restaurant Concepts require a ton out of their people. There is a big time commitment but worth it if you are serious about your career.

      Pros

      They always try to make it feel like a small personalized restaurant even though it's a small chain. The management is very nice and seems to care about their employees happiness quite a bit. Very clean!

      Cons

      Given the clientele and location the money is pretty mediocre. Coming from a major corporate chain to this current smaller chain is no different financially. While it might help you scrape by, it's nothing to write home about. Not a fine dining establishment.
