Fairly professional environment as far as the hospitality biz goes, high standards for employees

If you enjoy the corporate thing, this could be a good place for you. For me, working as a server has it's fun side... being part of an industry that enjoys good food and drink. Fox seems to get this to a point, however, employees are not even allowed to sit at the bar at any of their restaurants (besides Culinary Dropout bc that place is "way hip and edgy"). The GM at my restaurant is unstable and quite cruel to many employees - which makes for a hostile working environment.

great family love the environment, the hiring process is on looks based on manager's liking ( mostly blondes and latina's). for girls, little experience is needed, almost none. for guys, previous experience is strongly recommended

Cons

manager raarely recognized each individual's hard work. little communication among manager until a problem arises. manager typically won't bother you or talk about you unless you did something wrong. managers uses intimidation to regulate employees if you are a guy. also always be ready for pay cuts
