      -Camaraderie among both BOH and FOH employees -Young hip vibe in workplace -Great food and drinks -Good training program -Store level managers with good soft skills

      Cons

      -horrible to no benefits to hourly employees -below minimum wage hourly pay for FOH non-managerial employees -employee feedback to upper management falls on deaf ears

      Dinner shifts were always lucrative Had the fortune of having an excellent boss You will learn a lot and be well groomed for future fine dining opportunities

      The training process was extremely thorough but disorganized at times and the management knew it. Lunch specials killed tips Short staffed at times and working lots and lots of doubles
