Benefits are ok. Time off is average. Locations are unique and have modern flare. Middle management wants to succeed and tries to promote strong working relationships.

Cons

Extremely high turnover even for the hospitality industry. Corporate office is full of entitled snobs. A HUGE disconnect between locations and corporate. HR is non-existent and show favoritism to those who are liked by operations. Perception is that Sam and Brian only care about their future rather than those they employ. Borderline hostile environment for those who have new ideas.
