Great staff besides the management

Cons

Management plays the popularity game, sometimes get 7 days a week with only 4-6 hours. Don't ask for medical insurance unless you're ready to be cut under 30 hours.

Room to learn and grow. You are a part of a group of people who work hard and love their job as well. This is a company full of passionate people and it shows.

Pros

The current rate of growth is exponential! If you truly care about the guest, this is a great company to get on board with. The Upper Management team is absolutely out of this world.

Cons

Rate of growth is a double edged sword here. With all of the new store openings a lot of managers are constantly moving around. (which isn't really a con at all.
