Amazing training. I was set up for success in my new role. The staff not only for n my own restaurant but in the corporate office endured my success.

Cons

8 week training program. There is a lot that you will be required to learn and do.

I've enjoyed meeting and working with wonderful people who have helped shape my career. One of my favorite things about FRC is the culture. Everyone is so welcoming and committed to helping grow this company. The opportunity to move up in the company is very attractive as well. I started out as a server, then intern and now have moved into the"Big Kitchen part time assisting the training department.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons at Fox Restaurant Concepts in my 3 years. I enjoy coming into the office every day.

Great leadership that provides feedback and a clear vision of success within the organization. Culture is everything to me and ours is very strong and brings out the best in me. I have every opportunity to run the business like I own it and have learned more with FRC than any other company I have worked for. Sam shares his vision with us and we get to become entrepreneurs and get the results that we all want. Our employees really believe in our values and are a family together. I work great hours and have PTO whenever I need it. Above all, our restaurants have food and service that make me so proud to be a part of this company.

Cons

I will never look at a restaurant the same again. Every detail matters.
