great food and fun people to work with. Hours can be flexible. Great work environment. Employee discount is 35%

Cons

Employee discount is only 35%. Sections can be only 3-5 tables so you are lucky if you make $60 for lunch. Dinner you make an average of $95. Great place to work if you are there for social reasons. Clientele are not big consumers of Alcohol so average per person served is low. Extremely high turnover. More so than anywhere.

Pros

The best reason to work here simply put is the money. As a server you can make great money during the evening shifts. The other servers you work with often become family which is beautiful.

Cons

Saying the standards are high is an understatement. A quote was posted recently that read "mistakes are unacceptable." Managers make mistakes but shift blame to their employees.
