- pretty place - good locations - busy (time can go by fast) - you can work with some fun people despite management

Cons

- immature staff isn't a help the managers act like they are god. and use tatics for you to do their job for you. But then never actually promote you. - you can go all day without food while your manager is in the back just on there cell phone eating, - my manager made fun of a fat person and she overheard and nothing was done about it. - caught my manager and the assistant manager having sex (on multi occasions)

Established company with a lot of organization and great training for new stores

Cons

Once the stores are established, corporate kind of forgets about them. They are much more concerned with the way their employees looks than their work ethic. At the end of the day, this company only cares about making money and kissing up to customers any way possible
