      - Awesome co-workers - Solid systems in place that help your teams find success

      Cons

      - Long hours, scheduled 10 hour days on the floor - Little recognition for effort and success - Slim to no chance for growth if you're not close with higher-ups - Catty and disrespectful Regionals/Brand managers - Poor communication and constantly changing standards - Takes advantage of new managers with huge pay discrepancies between managers with the same position and responsibilities - Does not address toxic players in management

      I use to love coming into work

      good food, fair discount, fair wage, ok tips, use to have an awesome work culture, interesting coworkers, clear expectations

      Cons

      management does not communicate with each other and often play a game of dodgeball when trying to do things for their employees, constant turnover in management so hard to maintin policy and 'Fox' culuture, high turnover of employees overall, declining incentives for employees to deliver 'Fox' standard

      Good company that cares about employees

      Pros

      It is a cooperate company that still has the feel of working at a family owned business. They really care about their employees and offer a lot of opportunities to move up within the company.

      Cons

      Because how quickly the company is growing, there are always changes happening which is a little annoying
