      Pros

      The food and quality of the food is amazing and the pride they take in training / hospitality GREAT

      Cons

      They allow managers to talk down to staff to the point where it's belittling. They also allow the "trainers" to run the show especially trainers. If you're a male in the company and you kiss upper management butt you will go far. If you are salaried the 11 hour work days get tiresome. They also put more value on their KM then anyone else.

      Pros

      -There are a lot of talented and wonderful people that get hired here. -50% off discount -Laid back office environment (casual work attire, open seating, etc.)

      Cons

      -very high turnover. Most of the people I started with are no longer with the company. -Everyone is disposable and you’re reminded of that constantly. -no coordination between departments and everyone is pinned against one another -favoritism -unprofessional leadership (name calling, bad mouthing, criticism) -HR is unhelpful when you need to report something and they protect leadership above everything even if that person is a repeat offender.

      Coworkers are amazing, quality of product, PTO, great employees and consistent guests

      Cons

      Upper management is unrealistic with budget goals and overly aggressive. The concept seems to have changed from hospitality first to profit and loss statement first and guests second
