Pros

Growing fast, recent massive IPO means a lot of budget and opportunity to take on new roles. Executives are accessible, friendly, and everyone I met was really nice and helpful during my 3 years there.

Cons

Rapid growth can mean hard work, confusion about responsibilities, and sometimes how to get something done, but if you can deal with a bit of ambiguity, it's a fun place to work, learn, and grow your career.
