Pros

I worked at Foxit as my first sales dev job and learned a lot. The SDR Manager went out of his way to ensure you were successful in the position and genuinely rooted for your success. The team camaraderie and inclusiveness was also very high. I was hired along with two other new SDRs and we were included in the companywide annual sales meeting as brand new hires. Management has created a pathway for success with a lot of room to grow professionally.

I really don't have anything negative to say.

Pros

Foxit has great leadership who really care about the success and development across all teams. Flexible, no micromanagement and really listens and encourages new ideas regarding processes, new technology, and anything that helps us win. If you're looking to jump on a growth rocket, Foxit is taking off. I always feel supported and the family environment and culture is fun in nature with a competitive spirit and tons of opportunity for growth to learn, be promoted, and make lots of money.

Pros

I have been given the opportunity to advance my sales career at Foxit by selling a great product with a management team that is personally invested in my growth as a salesperson. I have been given constant sales training in the form of formal training sessions and informally through countless conversations with my manager and VP to help strategize the best way to close deals. If you're a self-starter, competitive, and can also work on a team then Foxit is a great place to be successful.

Cons

No cons to think of other than the prerequisite of being flexible as the fast pace of the industry requires the ability to adapt to new products and new competitors.
