1) Great money, 2) Increasing levels of responsibility, 3) Great product, 4) Great people, 5) Everybody's ideas count, 6) Flat organization, 7) Company is stable and profitable, 8) Great tools, 9) Autonomy

Cons

It is a growing start up so you will need to wear many hats but for the right person this is a plus because great career growth can come from this

Pros

Foxit offers a best in class PDF SDK that can integrate with any mobile, web, and/or desktop application. Simply put, Foxit's technology rocks...only if people actually knew who you are! Great co-workers that genuinely care about you and are very fun to work with. Also a great place to start/kick-start your career.

Cons

Senior Management - Provides limited flexibility and control to each leader in each facet of the organization. Senior Management tends to take ownership of everything. There seems to be trust issues within Senior and Mid-Level management A majority of their development is handled overseas leading to delayed delivery dates and miscommunication in product specs and requirements. Dont provide any health, dental, vision benefits and this is not supplemented with a higher salary...

Not that good for tech people

Pros

Good for sales people, as US and Europe market share is growing and a lot of sales and marketing staff is working on more growth by attacking Adobe and other US companies PDF business.

Cons

For technical people it's not that good, as the international company tech language is mandarin. So a lot of documentation is mandarin, technology knowledge flow is to China only, relevant managers are all Chinese people. It is immediately noticeable that this is not an international tech company. Also a lot of chaotic top-down management. Payment is not that good.
