      Flexible timings, leave policy, free food

      Cons

      overhyped, mostly a BI company, tenured employees run their own show, management completely in a different world with no idea of ground realities, unethical after a point. Tons of marketing to show they are the greatest and the best, but in reality they are just a mediocre company with dreams of growing big but no idea or people to help them. a very sorry state of affair.

      Don't join - If you have a stable job and planning to join fractal then you are in trouble

      Fractal as a company is good, but the leadership is hopeless. Don';t even think of joining if you got a call.

      - Negative work environment - Don't think of innovation, just keep doing things what a manager wants - Bad behavior - Useless manager

      Pros

      When they don't have project. that hr team will connect with you. they forced to resign us. so careful before join to fractal.

      Cons

      while resign to our duties. they forced to ask "you can switch on the camera". I don't know what is the reason. I said I am not feeling well. they don't have any kindness. While employs resign to their duties their enjoyed lot with our facial expressions. They are not Hr's they are psychos. So please think before join fractal.
