      No pros that I can think of as such.

      Cons

      Project quality is very poor. You will only work on Excel. Learning opportunities are very less. Even if you manage to change your project, chances are that you will get dull project again because most of the projects that fractal works on are very dull. Also since Fractal is service based company and work for other firms, clients will treat as you slave. Better to work at Product based company.

      Nothing best in this company, worst experience, all review seems to fake, left the company after 2 months of joining date.

      Cons

      bad management, not proper onbaording . hired me as ML engineer, but was working as analyst. dont care about their employees.
