Fractal reviews

This place is a school ,where you need to get 70% to be in fractal,if you get 68-69% by some miss-happening(as papers are checked by human beings and viva is also taken by them) the will literally torture you like anything.Even if you are doing very well in project ,they may ask you leave fractal for that few numbers and even if you are doing better than person who got 70%(you know there are various way to get it). Middle management is not good. In training period they use to divide people on basis of requirement and need and give them training for particular client but after training they randomly pick them in sequence of their name and align to some team . Luckily if your mentors are good you will have good time ,otherwise your time will be simply wasted . Also all will say that you can choose any project ,but its not like that

1) CEO has great plans as mentioned but not at all aware of the non-rational middle management who know nothing about management and how to deal with projects 2) A lot of POLITICS when it comes to relationship between managers and analysts , something very destructive for one's career 3) HR also involved with managers in politics 3) Existing employees call some managers as DICTATORS because they don't listen, just do everything their way , so you have no say. 4) Great disparity when it comes to compensation - It's all RANDOM - one needs to be lucky or help managers in personal tasks 5) You don't get promoted on the basis of work rather it is manager's personal call 6) Middle management is inexperienced and panics at small problems 7) No good people working here, almost every IITian and people from IIM have left 8) Nothing good to offer in terms of work 9) Attrition level at peak 10) Promises are broken very very frequently - CAN'T TRUST
