Otherwise you are lost. - Manager will allow your co-worker in the same designation to handle you. If possible your performance appraisals also LOL. Coz the manager is always busy for no reasons. Manager position starts from lead manager and senior manager position is like senior associate. - Manager will never even know from which background or which place you come from. - Designation sounds so fancy that you will be a Senior Manager doing things what an associate does. So never come with that expectation. - If you ask a question, first thing is they laugh at you and then never answer. Which means you have to know it by yourself (beg borrow steal). - Your qualifications will be graduate in B' Com and you will asked to play a role of Developer. And there they test your performance. - To get an appointment and fix a meeting with higher management to take decisions is like getting interview appointment with Bollywood stars. Don't know why they sit in position of decission making when they don't have half an hour to attend a meeting. On top of this they have an assistant to check their calendar and let us know the availability. - Great organisation with poor culture and no value for people. - You join there and will loose all your confidence. - Jumbling with too many projects and not sure whom to give what. Never be surprised if you see the front desk or securites taking care of your payroll. Any work to be done without any guidance/ support/ training from anyone. Coz aaaaaaaallllllll are busy.
