      Work life balance is good sometimes (depends on the project)

      Cons

      Compensation would be very discrimanatory, People from IIT would be earning double than you, for doing the same job. Even after 3 years your increments would vary drastically and would be pretty much random. You would be underpaid pretty much the whole time here. DONT COME!

      No reasons. Tremendous politics in the company. Middle management is worst.

      Full of Cons, Unethical company They harass their employees and force you to submit resignation if you are not in any project but at the same time they will not try to place you in any project.

      Pros

      1. Good place for developing technical expertise. 2. 100% WFH (as of now). 3. Flexible work timings. 4. Unlimited leaves (but obviously depends on the team) 5. Opportunity to work in AI, ML only if lucky enough to get the opportunity to work in the right team. Most of the projects are on analytics per se, and not Data Science. 6. ESOPs (vesting over next 4 years).

      Cons

      1. Core Data Science projects not available. 2. Make sure to go through the JD well and connect with hiring manager before joining. 3. Do not join CPG practice. Work-life balance isn't good here. Too much client-centric and very little employee-centric. 4. Too much micromanagement. 5. Unlimited leave policy seems to be a joke. 6. The salary structure is poor in terms of retirement benefits. 7. Worst HRs ever. No clarity on job role, salary structure, no interview round with hiring manager. 8. No leave encashment policy.
