      Pros

      Just another consulting firm whicb boasts work life balance by showing off policies like no permission for leaves no login logoff time but the work here make hell for the employees. No technical knowledge gaining due to which people feel unmotivated to come to work

      Cons

      - Worst place to work - They hire you as a snr data scientist and make you work as a project manager while paying for snr data scientist - No learning. You wont learn any technical skills and infact you will forget all your technical data science skills in 6 momths - Incompetent management. Engagement managers lack skills of creating s SOW due to project handling become tough. - No project management practices. In this age of advanced management and ticketing tools they still use excel to make a project plan

      No value of loyalty, zero learning in largest FMGC client

      Cons

      I stayed here for 9 years with 110% achievement in most appraisals. But this company don’t value loyalty and you one fine day get a head who has zero idea about data science or FMCG but are good in politics.

      No mentorship culture -- Poor personal and professional growth prospects Company values loyalty over merit -- Best people don't get best opportunities Lack of focus and differentiation - -Mostly "me too" analytics firm Appraisal process is opaque -- Good people end up leaving Mediocre Sr. Mgmt. with zero accountability -- Poor governance standards
