      1. Relaxed work timings 2. Free and good food

      1. Poor quality projects 2. Reporting/ data refresh work 3. Unrealistic goals...make videos...sales pitch..Volunteer for FAA 4. The managers - Senior Consultants/ Associate Directors have no clue about analytics and what just kp throwing jargon w/o getting the work done 5. IITians, VJTI engh are hired at 7-8 lacs for the same work that associates do for 3-5-4.5lacs 6. A new role called Associate analysts has been created to do even simpler and repetitive jobs.. 7. FAA trainings when announced seem very interesting at first but fail to meet expectations almost everytime...

      Regrets the decision of joining Fractal

      They have good clients and the management is transparent

      The bench policy will really be a challenge if you are not being hired directly to a project. I joined Fractal after hearing very good reviews but now i regret the decision the most. They hired me directly to a project and once i joined they informed that the requirement got fulfilled and i was put into bench. Finding a client interview after being on bench is a nightmare and most of the people will not care to reply to you. It will rather be easy to find an interview outside fractal and make a switch. That will be the only way out to save your career. This has happened to multiple people on bench as per my knowledge so never fall for the exceptional good reviews about this place.
