Good team environment but better training needed

Pros

The people are great to work with. Good team environment, including social activities. There is ample access to resources, templates, and samples. Compensation is pretty good.

Cons

The computer system is inefficient and often has issues. Training could be improved. Teams often need more people, especially during peak periods.

Thank you for your feedback. We've invested heavily in technology over the past few years, and continue to do so under our new CIO. We're currently in the middle of developing and implementing our new Case Management System, and next up will be a new financial system and email system. But we're sorry you had frustrations in these areas during your time with us. As for the training, I am surprised by your comments. Good benefits and the compensation is top dollar.

Cons

No work/life balance whatsoever. The management is cruel and often unreliable. There's no feedback. You will never be told if you're doing something well, but you'll be told every single time you're wrong.
