      Management is everything and this place has the worst management I have ever experienced.

      The Worst!

      Pros

      Once a month you get free bagels.

      Cons

      Shoddy work done by overworked stressed-out paralegals. The attorneys spend five seconds reviewing paralegal's work product, sign it and send it out the door. If any mistakes are made blame it on the paralegals. Working there is like living a nightmare.

      Pros

      Tons of money to throw at (certain) problems, very nice managing partner, free lunch/breakfast on certain days, great (but rare) happy hours, etc.

      Cons

      Extremely out dated IT (infrastructure, applications, hardware, etc.), the lack of communication is atrocious, teams are siloed which leads to inefficiencies in case processing, the Finance team is incompetent and unresponsive - even to clients.
